I have been in practice since 1983. I have a background in civil litigation and for the past 15 years my primary focus has been in the areas of estate and trust litigation, real estate litigation, elder abuse and probates. Litigation in the estate and trust areas arises in many circumstances and can involve conduct that occurs both before and/or after the death of a friend or relative. More often than not, real estate is involved and often there is no will or trust. I have represented Trustees, Personal Representatives, Beneficiaries, Heirs, and Creditors. I generally charge on an hourly basis but in the appropriate case, I will consider working on a contingency fee basis. I practice throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
